Women's Wellness Massage, LLC.

Caroline is a native of Tampa, Florida, and Memphis, Tennessee. She has lived in Boothbay, Maine, with her husband for 18 years, has 2 teens, and more pets than her husband would like.  She is an alumna of Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication and minor in Psychology, and later, graduated from the DownEast School of Massage, Waldoboro, Maine, where she excelled in human life sciences and body work. Her years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant influenced her pursuit of her formal massage therapy training. She is a Maine Licensed Massage Therapist, certified in CPR and First Aid, and has additional training in Zero Balancing and CranioSacral techniques.

Her divinely inspired guided art of healing relaxation is based on ever changing science, what we think we know, and her faith, what she believes without seeing. Her art is an eclectic blend of gentle soft touch techniques that are uniquely tailored to each client's personal needs and preferences. Her favorite techniques are sedating, light, long and flowing strokes with smooth transitions, but she also enjoys the power and peace found in still compression. Her compassionate intent is to lull her clients into the scientifically supported "relaxation response", coined by Dr. Herbert Benson, enabling the body and mind to activate it's innate capacity for healing and restoration.

Caroline's therapeutic soft touch techniques use light to intermediate pressure, slow, soothing, rhythmic. Clients take comfort in knowing that no rough or jostling techniques will be used. She welcomes women, teens, and children, to experience the transforming power of the gift of healthy, loving touch.
