Appointments: STILLWATER WOMEN'S WELLNESS MASSAGE LLC books by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment a least 1-2 weeks ahead. You may text, email, or call us to make your appointment. Text for quickest response. Please be specific and include any additional services in your request as they may add on extra time to your session. We will ask for your name, address, and phone number, if you are allergic to any oils, and will confirm your appointment. Please arrive promptly, enter quietly through the front door, and have a seat in our sitting room. If it is your first visit, please be aware that the first 15 minutes will be used for your new client medical history, consent form, liability waiver, and brief discussion. *We do not share your private information. You have the right to refuse these forms, but we cannot treat you without them.
PAYMENT: Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we offer several different DISCOUNT options. (To view them, scroll to the bottom of the ADDITIONAL SERVICES page.)
HEALTH & SAFETY: Due to COVID-19, STILLWATER is updating safety protocols. If you are feeling ill in any way or have had a fever or any flu-like symptoms, including sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, coughing, chest pressure, or shortness of breath, we ask that you do not make an appointment for at least 6 weeks from onset and have not experienced any symptoms for at least 4 weeks. If you have been exposed to anyone ill or have recently traveled from out-of-state or internationally, we ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before making your appointment.
For your appointment, you will be met on the covered front porch for your touchless temperature to be taken and to answer a few basic health related questions. It is your option to have your blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation level checked. Upon entrance and exit, we will give you hand sanitizer and ask that you remove your shoes at the door. We request that you bring your own face-mask to wear. If you do not have one, a disposable mask will be provided for you. Your massage therapist will be wearing safety glasses and a face-mask for your protection. Disposable drinking cups and disposable face cradle liners will also be used. Our sheets and towels are now all-white and will be bagged and bleached after every client. Germicidal hospital-grade disinfectant is applied to all surfaces in waiting room, massage room, pedi-chair (along with bleach), restroom (along with bleach), door handles, and light switches after every client. We ask that clients wash their hands thoroughly before and after their massage session.
